Stefano Gabbana is probably one of the most famous LGBT figures in the world.
He’s one half of the Italian design duo Dolce & Gabbana, who although have been open about their sexuality, caused controversy in the gay community for dismissing IVF children as ‘synthetic’.
But although Dominico Dolce remains openly gay, Gabbana has said that he wants people to stop using the word in relation to him.
‘The word “gay” was invented by those who need to label people, and I don’t want to be identified by my sexual choices,’ he tells Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.
