Because while his DJ skills were never in doubt – he’s earned just under £40 million from spinning records this year alone – he wasn’t really on anyone’s Ryan Gosling emergency back-up list.

At some point while we were all being diverted by Harry Styles’ man cleavage and Cumberbatch’s bewitching self-deprecating brow, 30-year-old Calvin went and got seriously hot.
