Today Kate Middleton has been out at work again, this time advocating for supporting children with special educational needs.
The Princess of Wales joined a family portage session at a local specialist centre in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Turning up wearing a striking red textured blazer she’s donned before, she paired the look with a camel coloured top, black trousers, and dark flats.

Her red blazer, though old, was from Zara – showing she’s not opposed to a cheaper fashion buy.
Although not currently available, it was on sale for £59.99.
Kate was first spotted wearing it to watch the Euro 2020 England v Germany game in July 2021, then wore it again in Copenhagen in February 2022.
The black flats are from Boden, which she’s also been seen in before. They’re black suede with an oversized buckle detail on the front.


On today’s visit, she went to highlight the importance of supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families.
Portage is a service to support children from birth up to preschool age, across England and Wales.
Kate took part in a sensory development class with a group of children with a range of needs and conditions, including social communications difficulties, autism, complex needs and Down Syndrome.
This is part of the Shaping Us campaign which The Princess launched in January, that focuses on early years development.
